Principal

Mr. Soni joined Behrman Capital in January 2013 as an Associate. He became a Principal in January 2023 and has played a leadership role in the Healthcare and Specialty Industrials sectors. He currently serves on the board of Vista Apex. Previously, he was an Analyst in the Middle Market Group of Lazard Ltd. where he worked on a variety of mergers and acquisitions and restructuring transactions in the consumer, business services and healthcare industries. In March 2020 he joined Rubicon Technology Partners where he was a Vice President, before rejoining Behrman Capital in May 2021.
