Manufacturing, Business to Business Outsourcing, and Information Technology industries, and have in-depth knowledge of the competitive
dynamics of these markets. We are constantly searching for new areas of
growth where our rigorous analysis and proactive approach to private equity
investing helps create value.
We maintain close relationships with a number of very senior, highly
successful executives who make up our corps of Operating Partners. These
seasoned veterans have been
an invaluable resource to many of the senior managers of our portfolio
companies. They can provide advice, introductions to potential customers
and, when appropriate, hands-on operational assistance with issues ranging

Founded in 1991, Behrman Capital has more than $2.0 billion of capital
under management. Our last fund, capitalized at $1.2 billion, gives us the
ability to commit up to $200 million of equity to any particular investment.
In addition to having the resources and banking relationships to complete a
transaction, we are capable of providing significant additional equity for
add-on acquisitions. |
