Mr. Holum joined Behrman Capital in January 2010. Previously, he was an M&A Analyst at Union Square Advisors, a technology investment banking firm. Prior to Union Square Advisors, he was a Financial Analyst in Merrill Lynch’s Technology Investment Banking Group. During his career, he has worked on a variety of merger, acquisition, sale and financing transactions. Mr. Holum graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2006 with a BA in Mathematics and Philosophy.
