Mr. Visser joined Behrman Capital in January 1994 as an Analyst. Rising
rapidly through the ranks, he became a Partner in January 2003 and has
played a leadership role in the health care and specialty manufacturing
sectors. Mr. Visser has also been actively involved in coordinating the
Firm's coverage of financial intermediaries for deal generation
purposes. Prior to that, he worked in Merrill Lynch's Investment Banking
Group, where he performed valuation, credit and competitive analysis for
leveraged buyouts and other corporate finance transactions. While there,
his experience covered the industrial, high-yield and financial sponsor
groups. Mr. Visser graduated summa cum laude from Rensselaer Polytechnic
Institute in 1992 with a BS degree in Engineering Physics. Mr. Visser
served on the boards of Tandem Health Care, Inc., Athena Diagnostics,
Inc., Esoterix, Inc. Hunter Defense Technologies and WIL Research
Laboratories, Inc. His current board positions include Ark Holding
Company, Inc. and Peacock Engineering Company. |
