Mr. Wu joined Behrman Capital in July 2002 as an Associate. Prior to that, he was a Financial Analyst in Merrill Lynch's Technology Investment Banking Group, where he worked on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions transactions in a broad range of industries, including several segments of technology and communications. He currently serves on the board of Ark Holding Company, Inc. Mr. Wu has an active interest in the non-profit sector and has served on the boards of two charitable organizations, the Chinatown Community Children's Center and The Bread Project. Mr. Wu graduated cum laude from the Jerome Fisher Program in Management & Technology at the University of Pennsylvania with a BS degree in Economics from the Wharton School, with concentrations in Finance and Management, and a BS degree in Electrical Engineering.
